I have enabled cookies, but I still get the error message:"Sorry, but you must have cookies enabled to login!"
Be sure you don't block cookies in your firewall (Zone-Alarm, Norton, MacAfee sometimes have cookies security set to HIGH, that WILL block all cookies)
My user name/password aren't working and I get an "Authorization Failed" message. What's wrong?
There are many reasons why you may have received this error. The most common reasons are:1. You are misspelling/mistyping your user name/password. Try again.
2. Your membership has expired.
3. Your membership was declined at the last re-billing attempt.
4. Your account has been cancelled.
If you have typed in your username and password incorrectly a few times and wish to try again please close ALL your browser windows before trying to type your username and password again.

I have been a long term member and all of a sudden my username/password no longer work. Why?
The most common reasons for this are:
1. Your credit card was declined after the last re-billing because card has expired.
2. Your credit card was declined after the last re-billing because it has reached it’s charge limit.
3. Your account was temporarily disabled because of multiple users accessing our sites with your username and password. For assistance with any of these issues, please contact us here
